If you are celebrating church services from home via the Internet, we recommend that you adopt the usual liturgical postures and make spiritual communion. Please note that watching an online church service does not fullfill the Sunday obligation.

The Roman missal (Latin / English) for following the liturgies is available from divinumofficium.com
